Day one: Workout-A-Ton 300 results

Great job to everyone who attended camp yesterday. Everyone did great and welcome to our newbies, Yvonne and Amy. You both did great.
The MVP award goes to the "Girls" for destroying the boys in the 300 challenge. The boys decided to work as one unit, and showed some great teamwork.
