Getting motivated again

So much has happened since my Marathon, had a baby girl and completed another triathalon. Best of all, I have discovered how to eat better and also am feeling much better physically and mentally. Unfortunately the workouts have not been as intense as they used to be, but the funny thing is that i have not lost that much in terms of stamina and speed. Matter of fact I am in the same or better shape currently.
What have I been doing? I have added tons of veggies into my diet and when i am at the gym I am switching from intense training to a bit longer stable intensities. Working out with weights 3 days a week, and doing cardio for 3 for a total of 6 days of cardio and weights.
On the weights, I am going heavier than before and do have a harder time recovering, but with the help of Vitamin B12, I have found a good recovery source. Also, I have stepped up my carbs and fruits significantly.
Later this year, I will be in training again for the Austin Marathon where I will be redeeming myself from last year and setting a PR. All the chips are in place, now it is a matter of getting it done.
