Camp is on Monday!

This Monday is going to be Test #2. The test is going to be slightly more challenging than last months and so will be the final 3rd Test.
The new few weeks are going to be nuts with all the fund raising events: MOD Workout-A-Thon, and the Golf tournament. In addition, my own personal training has started for the June Pflugerville Tri. I am also so proud, my wife will be attempting her first Tri. I am hopeful that my Spartanettes will also give it a go..
The workouts next month are going to work on developing stamina and completely breaking down muscles past exhaustion in an effort to simulate a Tri. When you combine these workouts (short and intense) with Diet, pounds melt away and stamina goes through the roof.

Wheels are in motion 2nd Annual Workout-A-ton

The official invites have been sent and our partners are lined up. This is going to be a great week of working out and fund raising. I look forward to seeing all my previous Spartans, and new Spartanettes at the workout-a-ton! The emphasis and focus of the fund raiser is to try and do different workouts, and everyday do something different. I have not decided if this year we are doing 6-7 days. I may lock in a 7th day of Spinning, but this is the only thing I have not set up yet.
We will be having CrossFit come out, Justin's Boot Camp, Bikram Yoga, Dr Mike with his Pose method of running, and special guests coming out to talk to us about Nutrition, supplements, and spine posture.
Stay tuned for more details.

Testing Continues

Today is the second set of tests for the Spartanettes.. Expect another quick and short workout, but a fun and intesnse workout. On Wednesday we move to "The test, AKA 300" version 2. Again we will have two sets of 300's for both of my groups.
Look forward to seeing everyone and hope this weather holds up and we have a good camp.
