Since completing my last Tri I started Training for my next Tri, the Jack and Adam's Tri on August 1st. My training has not been the best, but i have gotten some good swims and bike rides in, unfortunately the runing is where I have slacked, but I have or believe gotten stronger in the other disciplines. Recently I had my longest bike ride at 40 miles and I felt good, other than my neck getting stiff. Also, had my first Mile swim and that felt amazing. Luckily, I have ran more than the 3 miles so I should be ok there.. Also due to the biking and swimming, my running should hopefully be improving too.
The Tri will be here in no time, and so it is train train train..
