Quick session today, did plyo's concentrating on strenghting my legs and a quick full body workout. Today's session is a follows:
3 Rounds no REst.
Squats 135Lbs 15 reps
Jump Rope 1 minute
DB press 65Lbs 15 reps
Side out bench jumps 15
Bicep curls to Shoulder Press
3 Rounds, no rest again:
10-15 pull ups
Jump Rope 1 minute
Tricep push downs
50 push ups
45Lb Core lifts
After my 6 rounds, burn out the biceps with 20 bicep hammer curls 3X
